Our Commitment to Privacy LezDo TechMed has consistently refrained from selling your information for advertising purposes or monetizing it through third-party ads for nearly 11 years. We pledge to maintain this stance. This policy specifies what information we gather from you, its uses, who has access to it, and your related rights.

Part I – How Does LezDo TechMed Gather & Organize Your Info? As you navigate our web applications, apps or websites, we automatically log basic information about your visit. We utilize this data to enhance our services and website, and to guide our product development.

We may also receive your information indirectly, such as when you inquire about our products through partners or log in using services like Google. If you interact with our brand on social media, we access your interaction and profile data, which we retain even after you delete it from the social media site.

What Is Your Info Used For? We use your data to:

• Deliver the services you request.

• Manage your accounts and monitor for unauthorized activities.

• Communicate with you about the products you use, support inquiries, new offerings, opportunities for feedback, and updates to our policies.

• Analyze collected data to understand user needs and enhance our services and web applications.

We restrict non-essential third-party cookies across all LezDo TechMed web applications, apps and websites.

We retain your personal data as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. Once we no longer need to process your data, we will delete, make it obsolete, or isolate it as appropriate.

Part II – How LezDo TechMed Processes Your Info If you manage data about others through our web applications, such as customer or employee data, you are entrusting this information to us for processing. This is termed as service data.

You own your service data. We protect it, limit access to it, and process it based on your instructions. You can access, share through integrations, and request export or deletion of your service data.

We store your data as long as you use LezDo TechMed Services. Following account termination, your data is deleted from active databases within six months and from backups three months later.

If you are in the EEA and someone has entrusted your data to us, you can request specific actions regarding your data by contacting the entity that provided your data to us.

Part III – General Privacy Information Our privacy promises have certain limitations. We may disclose personal data when legally required, to prevent fraud, enforce agreements, or protect user safety. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals but will comply when a standard emerges.

Third-party websites and social media widgets operate under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review these policies before sharing personal information.

What Information LezDo TechMed Collects LezDo TechMed only gathers your information for legitimate purposes. We will have your information if:

• You have provided it voluntarily.

• It has been automatically collected by our systems.

• It has been acquired from a third party.

Information You Provide:

• Account Signup: To create an account and access our services, we require details such as your name, contact number, email address, company name, and country. During registration, you will select a unique username and password. Optionally, you can provide additional information like your photo, time zone, and language. You may choose a security question and answer for password recovery purposes.

• Event Registrations and Other Submissions: We collect data you submit when registering for events, subscribing to newsletters, downloading materials, participating in surveys, or requesting customer support or information.

• Payment Processing: For purchases, you must provide your name, contact details, and payment information. We store limited payment card details and, with your consent, may save your payment data on secure servers of our payment processors for future transactions.

PAYMENT

We use Stripe for processing payments. LezDo TechMed LLC and Stripe do not store your complete card details on their servers. All payment information is encrypted and securely processed in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). This standard is governed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a collaborative effort of major payment networks such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Your purchase transaction data is used only as long as necessary to complete the transaction. Once the payment is processed, this data is not stored on our servers or accessible to our team beyond what is required for invoicing and reconciliation.

Stripe’s services ensure secure handling of payment data and are compliant with applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR and CCPA, where relevant.

Special Clause for Children Under 13 LezDo TechMed does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
